These terms govern your use of Caltunes, an app built and operated by Syfnet. By using Caltunes, you agree to these terms.

The service

Caltunes reads your Apple Music listening activity (with your permission) to build a personal calendar of what you have played. Caltunes requires an active Apple Music subscription to access playback and library features, and a valid Apple ID for sign in.

Subscription terms

Caltunes Plus is an auto renewable subscription. The available plans, their prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the current period.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled entirely by Apple, not by Syfnet. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content and account

You retain ownership of the playlists and preferences you create in Caltunes. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: open Caltunes, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Caltunes, attempt to access another user's data, or use the app in any way that violates Apple's own terms governing Apple Music or MusicKit.

Disclaimer

Caltunes is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your listening history accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly where the underlying data comes from Apple's own services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syfnet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Caltunes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
